Channel View is a family-run park set along the beautiful Somerset coastline. We are the only touring park in Brean Sands offering beachside pitches with uninterrupted views of golden sands and a dramatic headland. All guests enjoy free access to the beach throughout their stay. Dogs are welcome on the park when kept on a lead and can run freely on the beach, with a maximum of three dogs per pitch.

We offer a choice of grass pitches, both electric and non-electric, some with stunning sea views. Our park features three areas open from March to October: The Paddock and the Main Site, as well as The Meadow, located just across the road, which is ideal for tents thanks to its generous space. Facilities include two toilet and shower blocks, washing-up areas, and a disabled-access room. Each pitch accommodates up to seven people, including children.

BBQs are permitted, provided they are raised off the ground to protect the grass.

Your pitch price includes 1x caravan/motorhome/tent – 2x people – 1x vehicle

Additional person – £4.00 per additional person per night (Children under 3 are free)

Dogs – £2.00 each per night (max 3 per pitch)

Cars – additional car £2 per night (max 2 per pitch)

Gazebos – Free – At wardens discretion and weather & space permitting.

Day Visitors – £10 – must check in with the warden to pay and obtain pass

Minimum 2 night bookings on weekends

Minimum 5 night bookings on the Beach Front Electric Pitches* during high season (excluding MayDay), reduced stay bookings may be available last minute-please phone to enquire regarding availability

Maximum of 7 people, including children, per pitch

We do not accept tents including guide ropes larger than 6m x 6m (20ft x 20ft) Oversized tents will be charged an extra £20.

There is no charge for showers or awnings.

*Our Beach Front Pitches at Channel View boasting views of the beach and sea, suitable only for caravans or motorhomes with fixed awnings, no drive-away awnings allowed, unless permanently attached at all times during your stay.

Due to fire risk we do not allow awning to awning, habitation doors must not face each other, this means if you have a continental door you may be asked to turn your unit around.

We are ideally located close enough to still enjoy the bars and entertainment on the famous Brean strip but far enough away for a peaceful nights sleep in beautiful surroundings. There is a pub within walking distance and a laundrette and corner shop close by.
